Handling

Please remember to handle with care as your cake is freshly baked.  Do not push the sides of the box in and do not close the lid of the cake fully.  When lifting your cake, keep flat and avoid slanting the cake towards your body.

Transportation

Cakes should be placed on a flat surface such as a clear boot space or passenger footwell.  You should never transport on a seat or someone’s lap.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.  Only cakes with fresh cream need to be placed in a fridge.

Best Before

Keep cake in a cool, dark place and consume within 5 days except for fresh cream cakes use within 2 days and keep in a fridge.

Our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of allergens.

Sprinkles can contain fish gelatine, bovine gelatine & agar.
