All orders which are placed before 4pm can be delivered the next working day.

(With the exception of Celebration Cakes, where only orders placed before 2pm can be made available for the next day.)

Any order placed after the times above can be available in 2 working days.

If you would like to order something for delivery a few days in advance, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

In the event you are unhappy with your platter or cake, please speak to counter assistant to see if the issue can be remedied in store. If it’s to do with quality then please email us at orders@mccolgansfoodhall.com.

Refunds cannot be given if you have eaten all of the product.

Please ensure you do not throw your food away as we will need to conduct a thorough investigation into your complaint.
